This was something I hadn't seen before. One tatter used tatted motifs on clear plastic discs to view through a kaleidoscope. The one on the right has a length of tatting that rolls by the kaleidoscope lens, very cool. Various beads and sequins were used for reflections.
The Japanese tatters had some lovely designs to share.
